The service region is a 150-mile radius of our main office, enabling us to assure quick response time to your service call. With our highly qualified service personnel and vehicles stocked with a vast inventory of replacement parts, we assure you minimum down time of your equipment.

Tri-State Biomedical offers preventive maintenance agreements designed specifically to fit your particular needs. We also offer emergency service plans. Our hourly rates are very competitive within the industry. We also quote holiday and weekend rates if needed.

The company has facilities to rebuild or upgrade your existing washer and sterilization equipment. Some upgrades can be performed without removal of the equipment. We also carry a large selection of remanufactured or reconditioned equipment at our facility. If we do not have your desired equipment on hand, we will be glad to locate it for you.
